How the Ordering Process Works

1. Register, place your order online, and pay.

2. You tell us your Skype user name and three possible dates for the first trial lesson. They can be at any time you wish: during lunch, before work, after dinner, you name it.

3. We will find the next available Spanish instructor as quickly as possible and confirm your desired date and time for the USD 7 45-minute trial lesson. You will then receive the Skype contact information of your teacher. If we are unable to set up a convenient time for the trial lesson with the dates you have given, we will keep trying further dates until we work something out. If nothing does in fact work out, you will receive a full and complete refund.

Technical Requirements

A computer with an internet connection so that you can take part in either a video call, video chat, or video conference is required. You therefore also need a program like Skype or some other messenger program, as well as a webcam and headset or microphone/speakers. It necessary that the internet connection be high speed (DSL or cable is highly recommended), so that you can communicate effectively with your teacher.

Before taking your first lesson, please test your audio settings (especially the microphone) to ensure that they are working properly. To do this, make a test call on Skype: simply call the contact number that is automatically saved to your list of contacts after installing Skype. All you have to do is highlight the number and click on the green button. Also, test your webcam by making a test call to one of your friends with Skype and configuring the video settings. To configure video settings, look under the “Options” menu for the Video Settings icon.
